What is your recommended sound rating for an operable partition wall?

Soundproofing is measured by the Sound Transmission Class (STC) rating. To ensure normal conversations aren't heard through a wall, an STC rating of at least 42 dB is recommended. This means the wall will reduce sound by at least 42 decibels, creating a well soundproof room.

What spaces are suitable for operable partition walls?

Operable partition walls are versatile and can be used in a variety of spaces, including:

Yes, it is possible to incorporate a door into an acoustic panel of a folding wall divider. We offer two types of doors: single pass doors and double pass doors.

If we lose the crank, can you replace it?

Yes, we offer spare parts for our existing customers of foldable partition walls. If your order is still under warranty, the crank will be replaced at no cost.

Do you offer repair services for pre-existing operable partition walls?

We don't offer repair services aside from our own products due to its material and methodology differences, we can offer a free assessment and provide a fair quotation for removal and replacement.
